You’ll contribute to:

  • Leading and mentoring Quality Assurance Lead and your team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing strategic oversight of quality assurance analytics to identify systemic trends, root causes, and emerging enterprise risks across the claims lifecycle.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of the quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders, represent the Quality Assurance function in strategic forums, and lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes.

A bit about you:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in business, insurance, health, or a related field, with a preference for Quality Assurance or auditing certification (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in personal injury claims management, with exposure to both operational and quality assurance functions.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A proven ability to lead through change, foster a culture of accountability and excellence, and set strategic direction while managing performance.
