Venesco LLC – Program Manager (PMP – Healthcare Services)

Venesco LLC is seeking a Program Manager with PMP certification to oversee and coordinate a high-impact healthcare services program. This position supports service members, veterans, and their families by ensuring continuity of care and high-quality program delivery in a non-clinical capacity.

Position Summary

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of the contract. The PM ensures all requirements are met efficiently and effectively, oversees all contracted personnel, and serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and government representatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Education – Master’s degree in mental health, healthcare administration, or related field.
     
  • Certification – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
     
  • Experience
     
    • Minimum 5 years in project/program management in mental health or equivalent leadership role with multiple supervisees.
       
    • Proven success managing large teams and complex healthcare programs.
       
    • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, policies, and procedures.
       
    • Experience working with military populations and government personnel.
       
  • Skills
     
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
       
    • Proficiency in administrative coordination, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
       
    • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high-volume operations.
       

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with behavioral health continuity programs.
     
  • Knowledge of federal systems, SharePoint, and federal reporting requirements.
     
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other federal healthcare compliance standards.
     

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all contract operations, deliverables, and performance standards.
     
  • Supervise and support contracted personnel, ensuring qualifications and training compliance.
     
  • Manage onboarding, credentialing, and adherence to security and privacy protocols.
     
  • Maintain performance metrics and action item tracking systems.
     
  • Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and incident follow-up.
     
  • Lead emergency and crisis response activities as the primary point of contact.
