As the Director, Digital Solutions and Data Management within Crown Lands and Public Spaces, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of digital and data solutions that underpin land and asset management across NSW. This pivotal role drives the implementation of the Crown Lands digital and data strategy, aligning with the Crown Lands 2031 Strategic Plan, the DPHI Corporate Plan, and whole-of-government digital objectives.

You will oversee the creation of technology roadmaps, lead transformative digital programs and business improvement, and manage systems support services and spatial and textual data services to support evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams, you will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery. Your ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, vendors, and industry representatives will be key to advancing digital maturity and enhancing customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital and data capabilities in Crown Lands, delivering high-impact outcomes for communities across NSW.
