ServiceNow Visual Designer - (NPW)

Milestone Technologies is looking for a talented UX designer (User Interface / Visual Designer with knowledge of usability and user experience) who can come up with beautiful, immersive experiences to help shape the way people use intuitive and effective enterprise applications. Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints. Great candidates for this role are passionate about branding and design systems that can be applied across a range of products. These candidates are strong creative thinkers who can conceptualize designs and execute those ideas. They can design clean, modern, inspiring pixel-perfect interfaces across platforms showcasing impeccable layout and typography skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX design concepts, paper mocks, wireframes, low and high-fidelity visual mock-ups, and prototypes (in Axure)
• Ability to brainstorm along with product owners, stakeholders, Interactive team members, and developers to envision usable products, based on product strategy and within the technology bounds
• Establishing and documenting requirements, and user journeys encompassing product strategy and flows across all applications
• Collaborate effectively with UX team members, as well as other project stakeholders, and understand the project insights
• Prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
• Participate in different Usability and UX-related studies and research
• Evaluate applications and modules and document findings along with prioritization and solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience, with an emphasis on Product design and usability
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/related field or Usability/UX-related certification is a plus
• Good sense and understanding of visual design and the latest trends
• Basic knowledge of programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Previous experience working in Sketch and Zeppelin
• Digital agency, lifestyle, or tech experience is a plus
