Department: Powder Haven Real Estate

Status: FT Year Round Salary

Reporting To: Director of Sales

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Eden, UT, you will play a crucial role in representing our project and facilitating lifestyle sales in the private ski luxury market. Your responsibilities will encompass building and maintaining relationships with clients, touring buyers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. We are seeking a candidate who embodies qualities of hard work, humility, sophistication, and a passion for the skiing lifestyle and mountain living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct buyer tours and provide detailed information.
• Facilitate the preparation and execution of sales contracts and other legal documents.
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Some weekends are required, especially during ski season.

Requirements and/or Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of success in sales, real estate or business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software and technology.
• Active involvement in outdoor activities such as skiing is highly desirable.
• Experience with construction and real estate development desired.
• In person position located in Eden, Utah.

Physical Requirements- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:

• Full range of body movements
• Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40+lbs)
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
• Climb/descend stairs/ladders
