We’re a fast-paced, flavor-packed ketchup & BBQ sauce manufacturing facility seeking a skilled Industrial & Electrical Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift. You’ll be the hero behind the scenes, keeping our lines running smooth, our flavors flowing, and our downtime at a delicious zero.

What You’ll Do (Your Recipe for Success):

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, from motors to PLCs 
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep production cooking without interruptions 
• Diagnose issues like a detective (but with a multimeter instead of a magnifying glass) 
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to keep the sauce flowing and the lines moving 
• Maintain accurate maintenance records — because details matter in both wiring and recipes 

What We’re Looking For (Our Perfect Blend):

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics 
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics like your favorite cookbook 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude 
• Safety-first mindset (no one wants spicy electrical shocks) 
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and keep the flavor flowing after hours
