- Collaborating with Product and Commercial leadership on the product marketing roadmap and leading the messaging for launches, new feature releases and enhancements for both our technology products and advisory services – as well as for the integration of new products and services through acquisitions.
- Collaborating with Product and Commercial leadership on the product and services pages on our website and working with our digital leads and agencies to optimise and refine the pages’ performance and trial new tactics to drive demand (i.e. interactive web demos, self-serve trials etc.).
- Working with the Product Team to introduce targeted, in-product marketing functionality and owning the out-of-product marketing focused on existing users to drive feature/product adoption, retention and growth.
- Reporting on and evaluating performance metrics including new product/feature adoption, leads per product, new logo and client growth pipeline and bookings.
Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a proven record of delivering measurable impact across go to market activities and achieving ambitious targets
- Strong understanding of product positioning and messaging development with the ability to translate complex product features into clear customer value propositions
- Experience working closely with Product and Commercial teams to deliver coordinated multi stakeholder projects that drive adoption and revenue growth
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful product launches and feature releases across different customer segments, geographies and industry verticals
- Confidence in using cloud-based tools and digital marketing techniques to create high quality product collateral and web content. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Confluence and Jira is an advantage
