Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office files.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain accounting documents, records, and reports.
  • Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice preparation, approvals and submittals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files and databases.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office and accounting functions.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Admin-Accounting Staff usually spend most of their time in a clean, well-lit, and comfortable environment.
