Here's what you'll be doing:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office files.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice preparation, approvals and submittals.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial files and databases.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and assist with vendor coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office and accounting functions.
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting support roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Admin-Accounting Staff usually spend most of their time in a clean, well-lit, and comfortable environment.
