What You’ll Do

As a key player in our revenue cycle team, you’ll:

• Take charge of billing and follow-up with third-party payers and patients to resolve issues and secure timely payments.
• Investigate denials and payment discrepancies, then implement smart solutions to correct and prevent errors.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate claims and smooth communication with payers.

What You Bring

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Bonus points for hospital or physician A/R experience!
• Skills:
• Solid understanding of claims review, CPT coding, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and voicemail.
