As an project finance Architect at business partner team, you will partner with finance project team(ex. Engineering, Internal Teams, Sales, Customers, etc.) to Contribute to design and refine the architecture and financial business processes (people, processes, and technologies) in concert with business stakeholders( support, execute, sell, contribute, etc.). In this role, you will report to the finance BP leader.

1.) Project & System Ownership
• Lead or co-lead full-cycle rollouts of finance service, eg Concur, Kofax and future finance tools etc., and requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, UAT, cut-over and post-go-live stabilization and training etc.
• Maintain project plans, stakeholder dashboards; ensure milestones, budget . and quality targets are met .
• Develop and refine processes and best practices by actively identifying patterns, synthesizing and coalescing concerns from colleagues, then working to collaboratively solve these issues while evangelizing the results.
• lead Concur Phase II full rollout completed on time.
• E-travel platform data journal entries driven to zero through automated feed.
2.)Fin or biz Process Analysis & Optimization
• Map current-state finance processes, identify pain points and quantify impact (cost, time, risk).
• Design to-be processes leveraging system capabilities and best practices; deliver measurable KPI improvements
• Own and drive RPA and automation pipeline.
•Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving and continuous-improvement orientation
3.)Fin and Business Analysis & Decision Support• Create self-service dashboards eg. Power BI covering OPEX analytics, fin compliance, working-capital trends, tax overview.
• Prepare various decks for biz meeting and town-halls, drive improvement.
• Perform ad-hoc deep-dives (cost-to-serve, variance root-cause, scenario modelling) to support strategic decisions.
• 4.) Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with local and global finance teams, and various departments to make sure project implement successfully.
Skills You Bring:

• Level of formal education (if needed), license/certification, etc.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CPA / CMA / PMP preferred.
• 3+ years’ progressive experience in finance transformation, or business partnering roles.
• Proven track record of at least a full-cycle SaaS implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls; ability to translate accounting rules into system requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
