Job Description:

You’re a confident, empathetic communicator who thrives on helping others and solving problems quickly. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where every interaction matters. You think broadly, connect the dots, and always put the customer first.

This role in our Valuations team offers the chance to make a real impact by providing timely, hands-on support and collaborating closely with colleagues. If you’re someone who values teamwork, responsiveness, and continuous learning, this is the role for you.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate support.
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Solve problems on the spot and escalate where needed.
  • Build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Learn on the job and grow your understanding of our valuations workflows.
