We are currently seeking an experienced Land Development CADD Technician for our Jacksonville office.  

 

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to develop and refine detailed design concepts for a variety of land development projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and translate sketches, blueprints, and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are geometrically accurate, meet applicable standards, and adhere to project requirements.
• Revise drawings as needed based on feedback, design changes, or updated specifications.
• Maintain organized files, version control, and documentation for all CAD drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing construction documents and plan sets for permitting and client review.

 

What You'll Bring:

• Proficient in using AutoCAD software.
• 5 years of experience in Civil CAD Design.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating construction and land development drawings.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into CAD drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
