Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls and deliver clear, accurate information regarding installations, maintenance, technical issues, and product details
- Process service requests received through web portals, fax, EDI, and other channels
- Coordinate service appointments by managing schedules, confirming bookings, and handling rescheduling
- Utilize CRM systems to log, categorize, and track customer issues for analysis and follow-up
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on metrics such as call volume, issue types, response and resolution times, and customer feedback
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vietnam time)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication Japanese communication skills, both verbal and written (JLPT N2 or above)
- 0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Knowledge about concierge services
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage with customers and create a positive customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
- Ability to work effectively without supervision
- Strong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation
