Cardiovascular Liaison - CVL Recovery

Position Overview: Primary duties of this applicant is to function as a host assisting with communication and coordination between physicians and families during procedural visits to Springhill Medical Center and the Heart Center. The employee will be responsible for arranging pre-procedure/post-procedural consultations and maintains open communication with visitors throughout the day. Other duties include providing visitors with information as requested or needed during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and family orientated manor. One would also help resolve customer service requests, questions, and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources. This individual will serve as a liaison between the Heart Center departments and other various departments.

Pre-employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Job Requirements: 

• Validation of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Applicant must have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
