Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) for a 1-2 months contract to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.

Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions in Asia region.
Use a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
Work closely with recruiters
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment
Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
