Beloform is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering clear, consistent messaging that aligns with our brand identity. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between our company, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute content for press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.
Coordinate communication strategies to align with marketing and business objectives.
Maintain and update communication channels, including internal bulletins and stakeholder updates.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with content management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
