• Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.

• Support the development of new business opportunities and client outreach.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
