About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for candidates and hirers across the APAC region. You'll collaborate closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
APAC Marketing Strategy Development & Alignment
- Lead creation of overarching marketing strategy for hirers, ensuring alignment with company strategy and OKRs
- Leverage customer and market insights to inform marketing strategies based on latest trends and customer behaviours
- Collaborate with segment, product, channel, and country teams to tailor marketing initiatives for unique market needs
- Establish clear strategic priorities and measurable targets for the marketing function
Strategic Consultation & Collaboration
- Act as strategic advisor for key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on marketing strategies and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine market-appropriate, actionable, and measurable marketing strategies
- Lead responses to strategic questions and challenges, coordinating efforts for effective marketing solutions
- Build and present strategic materials to senior stakeholders
Budget & Investment Strategy
- Develop strategic recommendations for marketing budgets and investments, ensuring alignment with customer impact and business priorities
Customer Insight-Driven Strategy
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours across APAC region
- Work with research and data teams to gather and analyse customer feedback for strategy refinement
Marketing Strategy Performance Optimisation
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities
- Continuously optimise strategies to maintain competitive edge and drive long-term business success
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies in regional or global context, ideally within APAC region
- Strong understanding of aligning marketing priorities with business strategy and OKRs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to influence strategic direction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability for detailed analysis and strategic insights
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including marketing performance metrics, customer analytics, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting executive-level presentations
Preferred Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices for growth
