Role Purpose
As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing KPMG’s Community Care solution for healthcare clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand complex needs, lead solution design and configuration, and guide organisations through their digital transformation journey. This role blends technical expertise with client-facing leadership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of care delivery in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare organisations in their digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
- Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations to encourage solution adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and contribute to the delivery of tailored technology solutions.
- Configure and implement KPMG’s Community Care solution using Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
- Apply working knowledge of Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to support project delivery.
- Stay informed on emerging technology trends in healthcare and contribute ideas to enhance solutions in aged care and disability services.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare technology projects, ideally within aged care, disability, or community health.
- Strong understanding of funding models such as NDIS, HCP, CHSP, and HAAC.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Power Platform tools.
- Proven ability to engage with clients and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience leading workshops and training sessions in a consulting or client-facing role.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform are highly regarded, including:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Power Platform Solution Architect
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Power Platform Fundamentals
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, or Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
