Key Responsibilities
- Retention & Reactivation Strategy
- Drive the monthly retention and reactivation calendar — creating bonuses, campaigns, and programs and win-back offers.
- Own journey-level frameworks across Daily Active Users uplift, Revenue/Day, and LTV reactivation for users across various Monetary cohorts.
- Design recovery loops for players across 1–30–60–90 day inactivity bands
- Lead reactivation pilots via redemption nudges, bet wise milestones, entry discounts & special bets.
Lifecycle & Segmentation Programs
- Lead execution of marquee retention initiatives for player engagement to boost metrics such as Login days, avg daily per day, #games per day
- Build personalized engagement journeys based on lifecycle stage, segment (EV band), and bonus behaviour
- Champion the RFM Framework (segmentation across to boost Activity, Engagement & Monetization through Programs, Journeys, Rewards, and Support)
- Experimentation & Performance Management
- Run structured A/B tests to measure uplift from missions, cashback, loss protection, and offline events
- Track KPIs like ARPDAU, retention %, reactivation rake, and post-revival purchase rates
- Translate performance insights into monthly updates for leadership and growth reviews
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate with Product, Design, and CRM to execute journeys across tools like CleverTap, Plotline
- Work with Offline Events, Partnerships, and Support teams to align brand-building and delight initiatives
- Ensure flawless execution of player-facing campaigns, journeys, and tournament engagement
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts and CRM specialists
- Set team OKRs, drive planning cadences, and ensure delivery across monthly and quarterly targets
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in retention/growth roles in gaming, consumer tech, or digital-first B2C businesses
- MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 college is a plus
- Proven experience in running segmented lifecycle campaigns, reactivation journeys, and loyalty initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset — comfort with KPIs like rake, ARPU, D7 retention, ROI, and cohort performance
- Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., CleverTap, WebEngage, SQL, Tableau, Excel)
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage stakeholder communication at senior levels
- Exposure to experimentation-led orgs with structured test-measure-scale loops
