Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to own the full sales cycle and make a real impact? Kaseya is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue for our professional services offerings tailored to IT leaders. This is not just a lead-generation role — you’ll manage everything from first contact to closed-won deals.
You’ll sell directly to IT decision-makers including CEOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Architects, and System Owners, helping them solve complex challenges through our consulting, implementation, and managed services.
What You’ll Do
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Lead the entire sales process — prospecting, discovery, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Outbound Prospecting: Engage IT professionals through email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Discovery & Demos: Uncover business and technical needs, and tailor solutions to each customer’s environment.
- Pipeline Management: Drive urgency, overcome objections, and align stakeholders to close new business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery teams, solution architects, and customer success to ensure seamless post-sale execution.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline stages, and forecasts in Salesforce.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or technical consulting.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding quotas in a full-cycle, outbound role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, digital transformation).
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, or managed services.
- Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks (Microsoft, AWS, networking, virtualization).
- Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise IT departments.

Salary: $57,500 with competitive commission structure
