Quote and Configuration Specialist

As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you will:

Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care.
Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records.
Processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines.
Supporting cross-selling and upselling of our products and services.
Liaising with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
Monitoring order progress, resolving order-related issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Continuously improving product knowledge to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology (a plus but not required).
