The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an AI Architect to lead the creation of a transformative SaaS platform for Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A). You’ll architect scalable, secure, high-performance AI, ML, and LLM solutions, integrating cutting-edge generative AI to boost decision-making, streamline workflows, and solve some of the most complex campaign-level modeling challenges in the defense space. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in data or solution architecture or engineering

• 5+ years of experience with production AI or ML systems

• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques ​

• Experience in feature engineering, model training, and monitoring frameworks

• Experience with MLOps and DSOP best practices

• Knowledge of DoD AI Ethical Principles

• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with relevant programming languages such as C++, Java, GO, or Python

• Experience in large dataset management, data lakes, and analysis

• Experience leading programs or technical activities

• Experience with responsible AI and model bias mitigation

• Experience mentoring junior data scientists

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
