Job Description

Marketing Coordinator - Social Media Coordinator

Part-time position with flexible work schedule of 10-20 hours per week. Must be local to Kennesaw, GA with transportation for regular travel between 30-90 miles locally. Travel reimbursement is available for distances outside of a regular commute radius.

Starting pay rate ranges between $18.50 to $31/hr DOE 

The Marketing Coordinator will harness their creativity and marketing expertise to help build Summit Funding Loan Officer, Steve Tiscione's Stephen Tiscione LinkedIn brand and network through social media and digital management, video and content creation, and event and sponsorship management. This is a fun opportunity to work in the expansive lending and real estate industries, showcase your innovative spirit, and build local networks.

Responsibilities: 

  • In partnership with the Loan Officer, manage and update social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
  • Video creation and editing for web content, social media, emails, Loan Officer marketing, etc. 
    • Filming on location to include meetings, property walk-throughs, testimonials, and events.
  • Be proactive and self-directed in researching and proposing marketing ideas and opportunities.
  • Produce webinar and live streaming content for social media.
  • Track and funnel responses into the CRM.
  • Partner with our Marketing Team as needed to update Summit Funding Loan Originator websites & testimonial pages.
  • Attend and professionally participate in meetings with clients.
  • Create Summit-branded marketing collateral including but not limited to ads, postcards, flyers, mailers, invitations, and social media posts.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with video editing software CapCut preferred.
  • Create and execute a social media strategy for each platform.
  • Create and maintain a social media posting calendar and publish posts consistent with this calendar.
  • Grow subscriber base on multiple social media platforms, targeting potential borrowers, referral partners such as realtors, and potential loan officer recruits.
  • Work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • High level of proficiency with CRM systems, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
  • Reliable transportation for regular travel.
