Essential Functions:

Lead or participate in the design and delivery of data analytics projects
Analyze complex business questions using internal and external data
Identify trends and patterns to support recommendations
Construct impact assessments and create report specifications
Provide consultation and lead cross-functional teams
Produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools
Manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses
Perform audits to ensure quality and compliance
Support inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Understanding of business processes, tools, and industry trends

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $74,100.00 - $185,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
