Strong hands-on expertise with SAP ERP (FICO, COPA, BW) and/or HFM.
Background in SAP controlling, either from a user or consulting perspective.

Excellent analytical skills — ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
Strong communication skills across different levels of the organization.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across global teams.
Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
Experience in the consumer goods industry is an advantage.
