Senior SAP UX Consultant - Tietoevry Tech Services

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SAP UX Consultant to join our dynamic SAP Nordics team. You will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, role-based SAP Fiori applications that enhance user experience across SAP S/4HANA landscapes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver innovative solutions for client companies in industries such as retail, logistics, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

• Customize and configure SAP Fiori Launchpad (catalogs, groups, tiles, translations)

• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather UX requirements

• Lead UX workshops and usability testing sessions

• Ensure responsive design and accessibility across devices, including handheld PDAs

• Participate in code reviews and backlog refinement using GitHub/Gitlab and Jira

• Document solutions and support go-live activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in SAP UX/Fiori development

• Strong proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs

• Experience with SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio

• Familiarity with SAP BTP and offline application development

• SAP Fiori Application Developer certification preferred

• Agile project experience and excellent communication and team working skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, logistics, or manufacturing SAP implementations

• Knowledge of ABAP and backend integration

• Multilingual proficiency (English required; Finnish a plus).
