Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for Senior Rewards Specialist to become part of our global HR community. As we are currently demerging from Tietoevry, you will play a crucial role in developing the compensation and benefit area and in shaping the future compensation strategy of our new company.
Your profile and experience
You are an experienced rewards professional with deep expertise in global compensation and benefits - particularly in modern job architecture, market benchmarking, and the design and delivery of diverse rewards programs - paired with strong analytical mindset.
As a senior rewards professional, you bring extensive experience in compensation and benefits, gained in large, complex organizations, and a strong grasp of global trends shaping total rewards and the broader HR landscape. You’ve successfully designed and implemented compensation frameworks and processes across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
You bring a consultative mindset and take initiative to drive and lead rewards-related initiatives from idea to execution. You are skilled in translating data into insights and narratives that influence business and HR leaders, and you are comfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. You are highly proficient in Excel and other analytical tools and thrive in environments where solutions must be designed in the face of uncertainty.
This position sits within the Global Total Rewards team and plays a key role in shaping and implementing compensation practices across the company. You are confident working independently in a global virtual team, while building strong cross-functional relationships with HR, Finance, and Business leadership.
With us you will be responsible for:
- Driving the development and implementation of global rewards programs and lead key initiatives focused on pay structures, job architecture, benchmarking, and total rewards frameworks
- Strengthening internal pay equity and transparency practices, ensuring alignment with local pay legislation and global standards
- Providing expert guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits topics, and support clear, consistent communication of rewards programs across the organization
- Analysing large internal and external data sets to inform program design, pay positioning, and data-driven decision-making
- Partnering with Finance and other stakeholders to evaluate reward program effectiveness and cost impact
We expect you have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or another related field
- 5+ years of experience working with compensation & benefits in a large or global organization
- Familiarity with Workday systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (for working with foreign colleagues)
- Advanced Excel skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, and experience using Power BI for effective data presentation and communication.
- Proven ability to work both strategically and hands-on, managing projects from concept to execution
- Skilled in building relationships and influencing across functions, cultures, and seniority levels
- Comfortable navigating complex settings and driving change in collaboration with others
- Experience working with union environments is a plus, but not a requirement
