Key Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities include:

Coordination Support

  • Provide administrative support for critical tasks, initiatives, and special projects in collaboration with the Head of Operations Recruiting.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for the Head of Operations Recruiting.

Interview Process Management

  • Coordinate and execute interview schedules for Business Operations and Talent hiring processes.
  • Oversee first- and second-round interview logistics, including pre-interview preparation and day-of coordination.
  • Manage candidate communications, including confirmation emails and follow-ups.
  • Collect and organize feedback, participate in feedback debrief sessions.

Talent Pipeline Management

  • Maintain the iCIMs candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage job postings across platforms (Workday, LinkedIn, etc.) and review resumes for assistant/coordinator roles.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates in partnership with the Head of Operations Recruiting.

Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and alumni databases.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pools to meet future hiring needs, including engaging passive candidates through outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and align them with role requirements.

Marketing and Onboarding Support

  • Support marketing strategies for talent acquisition, including:
    • Workday and LinkedIn job postings, campaigns, and ads.
    • Drafting and refining job descriptions.
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in recruiting or talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and research techniques.

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • A collaborative and self-driven approach that fosters interpersonal networks.
