Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Broker with a strong background in environmental risks and coverages to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong carrier relationships, and a track record of placing complex liability coverage for environmental consultants, contractors, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers, insurers, and environmental industry clients.
Design, negotiate, and place professional liability (E&O), contractors pollution liability (CPL), and related environmental coverages.
Analyze risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage structures.
Stay current with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging environmental risks.
Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and new business development efforts.

Qualifications:

3–7+ years of experience in professional liability or environmental insurance brokerage or underwriting.
In-depth understanding of environmental risk exposures and coverage lines, including E&O, CPL, site pollution, and excess liability.
Established relationships with key markets and carriers in the environmental insurance space.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Broker’s license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, risk management, or related field preferred

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
