About this role:
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic individual to serve as a Strategic Operations Lead to support our Human Resource’s People Programs, Change and Analytics team in driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across a high-performing team. This role blends the responsibilities of a Chief of Staff, strategic operator, and execution partner, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can seamlessly move between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that directly support the operational effectiveness of the team.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, mitigate risk exposure, and identify opportunities to create efficiencies and improve execution.
- Advance strategic communication efforts to elevate visibility of team initiatives across the organization, ensuring impactful storytelling and effective escalation of key outcomes to leadership.
- Support the design and refinement of strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor progress and performance through data-driven assessments, leveraging creative approaches to solve complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate decision-making in highly complex and multifaceted situations, applying a solid understanding of the business group's functional areas to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Deliver outcome-oriented storytelling, translating insights and progress into compelling narratives that inform and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team, team leaders, and strategic partners to drive initiatives forward.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Advanced PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills, with a strong ability to structure strategic narratives that drive clarity and alignment.
- Exceptional organizational instincts, capable of managing multiple priorities with precision, discretion, and a focus on outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and strategies into actionable insights.
- Highly proactive and resourceful, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress independently.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams, with a track record of influencing strategic direction.
- Demonstrated success supporting executive-level decision-making, strategic planning, and progress monitoring through data-driven storytelling.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
