Role Overview

Ankura Strategy & Performance Senior Associates lead small projects and contribute significantly to large or complex teams, guided by experienced engagement leaders and mentors. As you grow, you'll tackle more challenging projects, continuously expanding your expertise. This role embodies our "Make It Happen," value, driving tangible client results.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research, analysis, and synthesizes findings into compelling, actionable recommendations that drive client success.

  • Develops high-quality deliverables leveraging qualitative, quantitative, and visual elements.

  • Leads workstreams and participates in large or complex projects.

  • Manages assigned scope using leading practices and tailored methods, ensuring efficient project delivery. This reflects our "Make It Happen" value.

  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues critical to project success.

  • Creates and maintains key project documentation (plans, reports, logs, diagrams, communications).

  • Conducts interviews and work sessions to analyze current and design future business processes.

  • Manages conflicts and escalates critical issues to project lead or business sponsor, ensuring timely resolution. This demonstrates "Putting Others First" by ensuring project success.

  • Facilitates effective communication for team and stakeholder alignment.

  • Contributes across various project roles as needed, demonstrating versatility and commitment to team success.

Requirements

  • Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize and communicate the "big picture” in a consulting environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 4-7 years of relevant business experience.

  • Ability to travel (air and car) as required by engagement mix; often more travel initially, then intermittent.
