Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Loyalty Manager (OLM) to join our team at Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships with our clients following their vehicle purchase or service visit.

 

As the OLM, you will serve as a bridge between our dealership and our valued customers — helping to ensure they feel supported, informed, and appreciated throughout their ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely follow-up with customers after sales and service visits to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Oversee customer enrollment and participation in Nissan’s One-to-One Rewards program
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and liaise with Nissan corporate when necessary
  • Train and coach staff on customer satisfaction best practices and delivery standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry for follow-ups and program tracking
  • Perform general administrative support and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Keyboard skills-proficient in Microsoft and Excel
