The transactional data analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. They ensure data accuracy, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support business decisions, risk management, and process improvements.

  • Salary range  004: 71 200$ to 89 000$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

What this role is about:

  • Provide Super users and end-users support:

  • Address and follow up on non-urgent questions related to the solution in their site/stream.​

  • Communicate and clarify enhancements, changes or otherwise to all affected users

  • Relate information, questions, issues and bugs to the appropriate team. ​

  • Ensure frequent communication between with superusers.

  • Monitor health system operation, compliance and accuracy.

  • Correct errors or system inconsistencies

  • Support execution of business controls and issue tracking.

  • Plan and organize inventory processes.

  • Investigate root cause in the event of issues or discrepancies, establish and realize preventive action plans.

  • Ensure adherence to the business processes best practices by means of surveillance, audits, verifications, updates or others.

  • Work in collaboration with plant’s financial analysts, plant managers and superusers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take action on them

  • Attend regular meetings to share best practices and get informed on upcoming activities, on changes to the solution and updates to training material.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers on any changes that could impact system processes.

  • Execute local User Acceptance Testing activities if required.​
