The revenue accounting team is key player in the financial performance of the Company – giving you the opportunity to contribute to our mission and be at the fore front of a rapidly growing company. Where you come in:

  • You will help to ensure compliance with ASC 606, Revenue Recognition from contracts with Customers, resulting in accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP
  • You will sustain, enhance, and develop procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our rebate accruals, particularly our North American Pharmacy rebates
  • You will leverage existing financial systems, and design new automation opportunities to future proof the global revenue accounting teams
  • You will collaborate with the Sales Operations and FP&A teams to provide accounting and analytical assistance, driving meaningful insights
  • You operate as an integral driver of the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close process, thereby ensuring the accuracy of financial statements
  • You will assist in the development and maintenance of various internal reporting dashboards to provide key stakeholders with meaningful information on company performance
  • You will write technical accounting memos to support the company’s accounting position in accordance with the relevant Codification guidance
  • You will become a key point of contact for the annual audit process

What makes you successful:

  • You maintain a high level of professional curiosity and demonstrate an ability to connect interrelated high-level concepts
  • You must be able to manage deadlines with high visibility deliverables for internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism
  • You have excellent communication skills, helping to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proficient in analyzing business processes, procedures and controls; concurrently assessing risk and when necessary, recommending and implementing process improvement while maintaining compliance with SOX
  • You have demonstrated prior success in applying the concepts of ASC 606, preferably in the medical device industry where rebates and other adjustments to the transaction price are core to the function of the role
  • You are adept in the management of financial systems, particularly revenue management systems such as Oracle’s channel revenue management module
  • You must possess advanced excel skills
  • You must have a CPA
  • You have experience operating in a public company subject to a COSO control environment
  • You have prior big 4 experience

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
