Procaccianti Companies is seeking to hire an Analyst for its Asset Management division which oversees many hotels and marinas throughout the country.
This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Position Summary
Based at our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island, the Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Asset Management team in its oversight of a portfolio of both branded and independent hotels in locations like Nantucket, Orlando, Providence, Ft. Lauderdale, Lake Winnipesaukee, Chatham, the Florida Keys, Boca, Newport and New Orleans to name a few.
On a day-to-day basis, the Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for the items below in addition to many other responsibilities and opportunities associated with supporting the asset management of Procaccianti’s portfolio of assets:
- Assist the Asset Management team in evaluating hotel operational performance against budget, prior year, and market benchmarks
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI; identifying variances and trends; preparing presentations and reports
- Aiding in the preparation of investor and lender reporting packages, presentations, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Track guest satisfaction trends, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to highlight opportunities for operational improvement
- Maintain the asset management database and ensuring accurate documentation of financial, operational, and legal property information
- Review various hotel operations reports and communicating/compiling necessary information to the asset management team.
- Assist the Asset Management team in calculating and monitoring loan covenants to ensure covenant certificates are provided monthly to lenders
- Engage in various property-related meetings (revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L review, investor communications, internal distribution meetings, construction progress meetings, etc.)
- Assist the Asset Management team during property re-financing processes (collecting lender/broker-requested data and reports, monitoring sources & uses, assisting in the creation of deal summary packages)
- Assist the Asset Management team during both the acquisition and sales transition processes (assisting in the due diligence process, monitoring sources & uses, and communicating with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition to asset management).
- Assist the Asset Management team in reviewing/providing comments to any necessary documents associated with managing the portfolio (re-financings, acquisitions, dispositions, lender communications, lease negotiations, management and franchise discussions, etc.)
The Asset Management Analyst will report to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and provide support to the entire Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality, finance, accounting, or business. They must have a strong skill set with MS Excel and maintain proficiency in their analytical ability along with strong written and verbal communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Ideally, but not required -- 1–3 years of experience in hotel asset management, hospitality finance, real estate private equity, or related analytical field (ideal, but not necessary).
- Strong financial modeling and MS Excel skills; proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Word required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for hospitality and real estate with a desire to grow into a leadership role over time
Compensation
Total compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary and bonus.
