Health and Wellness Coach

Doylestown, PA | Part Time, Hourly | $13.50 - $15.50 per hour

Do you love connecting with people and sharing your knowledge about fitness?

We are looking for a health coach to join our team at the Y. We spend our days connecting people of all abilities to healthier lifestyles. Whether helping someone new to fitness to feel comfortable, teaching members how to use equipment or keeping the center clean and safe, we change lives and make a positive impact on our Y community.

What is needed for this job to be a Health and Wellness Coach:

Enjoyment from working with people on a fitness floor
Lifesaving certifications (CPR & First Aid) - training provided
Excitement about helping members learn new equipment and about public health topics
Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building relationships

The responsibilities we will trust you with as a Health and Wellness Coach:

Engaging members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience
Building strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
Maintaining a healthy, safe, and clean fitness floor
