Sr. Manager, Managed Care Partnerships & Services

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Managed Care Partnerships and Services will play an essential role in the formation of new, and the maintaining of existing partnerships as well as engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather data and ensure proper execution of agreements. Focus will be placed on maximizing existing partnerships, expansion of services, maintaining positive relationships with payers, and collaborating with operations/marketing to ensure timely execution of contracts/partnerships.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Experience Desired: Experience in business/marketing.
• Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
• Certification or Licensing Required: Pharmacy

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and take part in regular communication with payers, fostering positive relationships to maximize partnerships.
• Assist in the development of new programs/revenue streams from established and new payers
• Ensure timely data collection, updates and analysis for clinical programs
• Lead the coordination of strategy between managed care leadership, retail, clinical and long term care
• Develop and implement clinical pharmacy strategies to improve adherence, enhance STARS ratings and minimize DIR fees.
• Formulate strategy and provide operational guidance to execute and monitor medication therapy management (MTM) programs
• Ensure operational compliance of partnerships and contracts
• Assist Long term care (LTC) operations and growth strategy
• Prioritize clinical goals and workload for operations team
