ROLE SUMMARY

As a Client Experience Insights Manager, you will transform client feedback and behavioural data into compelling, data-driven stories that advise strategic decisions. Your core focus will be on building insightful dashboards and delivering high-impact presentations that bring clarity to datasets captured through survey. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical expertise with a talent for visual storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Craft and maintain dashboards that visualize key client experience metrics and trends.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyze client feedback and happiness scores to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent and timely delivery of client experience insights in form of report presentations
  • Build data-driven narratives that help stakeholders understand the “why” behind client scores and sentiments.
  • Benchmark client experience performance against industry standards and competitors.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Crucial Skills

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience in preparing impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful, story-driven insights.
  • Shown understanding of customer experience metrics and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.).
  • Proven understanding of research methodologies (e.g., survey design, sampling, qualitative analysis)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive modelling.
  • Storytelling mindset with a passion for making data accessible and engaging.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Collaborative and proactive in driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Empathetic approach to understanding client needs and behaviours.
