We're looking for a motivated Office Support Administrator – Fixed-Term until April 2026 to support our Head office team in Christchurch. You will be responsible for providing an efficient, friendly and accurate service to all our of stakeholders which the role has interaction with.

What you’ll be doing

  • Afternoon and Friday receptionist

  • Ensure reception is kept to a high standard

  • Meet and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Manage the companywide vehicle infringement notice statutory reallocation and letter production

  • Raise and receipt Purchase Orders for the office

  • Arrange travel bookings for corporate employees

  • Arrange catering when required

  • Maintaining stationery requirements for the office

  • Ensure canteen supplies stocked

  • Assist in organising conferences and events

  • Ensure office meeting rooms are well maintained and stocked

  • Distribute daily mail

  • Manage Pool car usage

  • Best practice accounts receivable, sales and credit control followed

  • Fixed asset management

  • Maintain written procedures / checklists for all aspects of the position

  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of the wider office

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong data entry skills, and the ability to adapt to new systems (previous experience with JDE will be highly regarded)

  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Self-motivation to work under minimal supervision and work with the team

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines as required

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve queries/problems

  • Good planning and organising skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Can-do attitude
