Senior Quality Assurance Test Lead

<p>Minimum 3 days per week onsite<br /> <br /> <strong>Must haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience working in an SAP as a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager or similar role</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience working in an SAP project environment with +5 project implementations delivered</li> <li>Expert knowledge of Business Processes in Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, WMS an asset</li> <li>Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate openly and effectively with all levels of diverse functional groups to achieve mutual understandings and results</li> <li>Promotes an environment conducive to creativity; always seeking and receptive to new ideas and approaches</li> <li>Strong analytical and technical investigation skills</li> <li>Effective listening skills and flexibility in approach to solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently</li> <li>Ability to reliably execute to a plan and demonstrated dependability and ownership to ensure project success</li> <li>Expert level experience in Test Management Tools; experience with Jira considered an asset</li> <li>Experience in test integration</li> <li>Experience in project management</li> <li>Experience in coaching</li> <li>Knowledge in best practice in quality assurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert knowledge of Business Processes in Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, WMS an asset</li> </ul>
