Environmental Health & Safety

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contractor & Employee Safety Programs

• Develop and manage contractor EHS programs.
• Conduct EHS training to raise awareness among employees and contractors.

2. Site Audits and Risk Assessments

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments at the workplace.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

3. Incident Investigation and Emergency Response

• Investigate workplace injuries.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

• Liaise with government agencies and handle audits or inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local safety & health regulations and RBA requirements.
• Prepare and submit required documentation and reports.

5. EHS Management System (ISO 45001/14001) implementation

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year related working experience in factory .
2. A qualified candidate must possess the Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel Certificate (乙級職業安全衛生管理員)
3. TOEIC 500 and above is a plus.
4. Familiar with MS Office.
5. With good communication skills and attention to detail.
