As a member of the Regional HR team, this role drives the execution of HR initiatives - including recruitment, talent development and employee engagement - to fuel business growth by fostering engaging, inclusive and high-performing teams across China and regional functions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
HR Business Partnering
- Provide end-to-end HR support to regional functions (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal & HR) and China Commercial teams, covering recruitment, employee life-cycle management and employee relations, etc.
Learning & Talent Development
- Coordinate and execute global/regional/China L&D initiatives implementation (e.g., annual learning curriculum, leadership development program, key talent development programs, etc.)
- Support core business process related to Annual Performance Management and Strategic Talent Review
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Organize culture and engagement activities
- Serve as focal point of regional corporate communications (e.g., regional Connect communications, etc.)
- Support employer branding efforts in China
Others
- Support other projects or tasks when required
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in HR related field within multinational companies
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving within matrix organizations
- Strong logical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination
- Have adaptability and willingness to explore the unknown and learn new skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Proficiency in both oral and written English
