Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and analytics solutions that drive Agile, DevOps, and operational intelligence. This role also includes building foundational capabilities to support AI-driven insights, trend analyses, and predictive metrics for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Power BI dashboards for Agile metrics, DevOps operations, domain health, and executive reporting.
  • Translate raw data into insightful, actionable visualizations.
  • Enable AI-driven analysis by integrating ML outputs, trend patterns, and anomaly detection into Power BI reports.
  • Develop DAX measures and Power Query transformations to prepare data for both human and AI-assisted insights.
  • Collaborate with data science, ADO engineering, and business teams to operationalize predictive indicators (e.g., maturity progression, team performance trends).
  • Set up dataflows and pipelines from ADO, MS Forms, Financial Apps, and AI/ML sources.
  • Support agile maturity assessments, skills matrices, and QBR dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Power BI experience with proven dashboard delivery.
  • Hands-on experience working with or integrating AI/ML outputs into Power BI (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Python/R scripts, embedded insights).
  • Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps datasets (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with trend analysis, forecasting, or predictive KPI visualization.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts like classification, clustering, or anomaly detection is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
