The Opportunity

This role combines Mergers and Acquisitions and growth project responsibilities to drive our long-term strategy. You’ll generate new revenue streams, build a robust growth pipeline, and deliver polished investment packs supported by in-depth financial modelling. With a structured, multi-tasking approach, you’ll prepare high-quality presentations, clearly explain assumptions, and influence key decision-makers.

This is a full-time on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A transactions from evaluation to post-deal integration
• Develop and present detailed financial models, valuations, and investment proposals
• Oversee growth projects and contribute to new business generation
• Coordinate due diligence, risk assessments, and deal structuring
• Build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and industry networks
• Guide and mentor the M&A Analyst
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasts, and documentation for the growth pipeline

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar
• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or similar
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation
• Commercial acumen with the ability to generate and assess new growth opportunities
• Confident communicator who can present, negotiate, and build great relationships
• Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
