Project Manager (eCommerce, India Remote)

Description

Snapscale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our eCommerce team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in the eCommerce sector and possessing strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage eCommerce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and sales, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the eCommerce sector.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
