Overall Role
工作角色
为了提升现场茶水接待服务及整体保洁服务品质,以更好应对日益增加的茶水需求,提供高标准的茶水接待,服务主管将作为JLL全职驻场人员,以及现场第一对口联络人:
- 第一时间响应现场门店各类保洁、茶水类服务需求,并对应协助门店进行协调安排及支持。
- 在日常操作中提升现场茶水服务体验,通过日常操作演示等,提示升保洁团队阿姨服务质量。

- 具体排班,可以根据上新、门店特殊活动进行调整。排班时间将根据门店可能的安排于每月初拟定,并及时调整。
Duties & responsibilities

Site Operations 现场运行
- 为所有客人提供舒适、友好、热情好客的服务。
- 严格按照运营标准服务标准和程序作业。
- 按要求完成其他Chanel交办的工作。
Cleaning Team 保洁服务团队管理
- 与保洁团队合作,监管日常保洁阿姨队伍,及时发现可能存在的问题,并及时主动沟通并寻找改进建议。如有特殊情况,在得到门店批准后,帮助管理团队落地执行。
- 通过日常沟通,组织并激励保洁阿姨队伍。针对清洁类改进及反馈,及时与JLL以及现场保洁团队主管、领班沟通。针对茶水类服务,为现场阿姨起到模范带头作用,及时提醒阿姨潜在问题的改进方案,并对优秀的茶水服务予以肯定和鼓励。
- 带领保洁团队,管理库存及消耗品

任职要求
Experience 工作经验
- 奢侈品行业或酒店相关工作经验
- 有奢侈品品牌VIC工作经验,尤其是茶水接待服务是加分项
Task Skills 能力
- 具有良好的服务意识和礼仪素质
- 具备较强的学习能力、执行能力和沟通能力
- 具备灵活应变的能力和清晰的逻辑思维能力
- 熟练使用咖啡机,制冰机,开红酒,茶点摆盘的操作等
Personal Skills 个人
- 形象气质佳
- 具有强沟通能力、团队合作能力
- 能够配合店铺特殊活动、品牌上新、重要客户接待
