Bring your vendor management or finance experience and come join a fantastic team of tech ops specialists in our Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering area!
Preferred start date is October 1st, 2025. The cover is for 6 months with the possibility for an extension.
There is no relocation budget for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner up with Competence Lead/Engineering Delivery Heads/Product Teams in hiring of external consultants.
- Handling onboarding & offboarding of external workforce including IT asset management.
- Conduct product team specific vendor performance tracking and reporting.
- Create vendor contract renewals, Purchase Orders, goods received in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Create financial overview such as yearly budgets and TCO per product team.
- All the above leading up to be trusted partner to Manufacturing Technology in OMP

The department is supporting Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering (OMP). OMP is covering end-2-end from product development to finish goods going out of our factories and into distribution centers. You will be partner for Manufacturing Technology - one of the sub-domains within OMP.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone used to work in a fast paced environment. Preferably with vendor management/finance experience, and you have:
- Great collaboration and communication skills on all levels
- Proven ability in partner management
- Strong experience in budgeting and financial processes
- An eye for the details and following up proactively though still keeping the overview
- A structured approach to your work
If you have knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for product teams it would be advantageous.
