At Reapra, our mission is to co-create industries for the betterment of society through Research and Practice. The way we do this is through a unique people centric business building approach that connects a founder’s self-understanding and long term systemic issue that the founder would like to resolve through their businesses. Reapra is currently looking for a Recruitment intern to support our search for potential internal members who resonate with our mission and industry building methodology.
What You Can Expect to Do
- Shortlist potential candidates by screening resumes and application forms
- Consolidate candidate information from Application Tracking System (ATS) platform and External Recruiters
- Schedule and follow up on interview schedules with screening team and candidates
- Communicate with internal members to identify improvements for the sourcing process
- Learn how to run screening interviews by first, supporting with interview notetaking and eventually practicing interviewing skills
- Work with internal members to understand organisation’s requirements and facilitate sourcing process
- Craft and plan events and/or workshops to increase candidate applications and improve quality of the sourcing process
- Develop written and/or video content for candidates to understand more about Reapra

- You love talking and working with people - this role involves lots of talking with candidates and understanding who they are and their motivations!
- You want to explore the sourcing or recruitment space whether that is in the HR recruitment, client sourcing, deal sourcing space etc.
- You want to expose yourself to alternative career pathways such as the path of an entrepreneur beyond trying to climb the traditional corporate ladder
- You recognise the importance of understanding yourself deeply and would like to prioritise personal growth
- You want and love to take charge of your learning progress
- You take initiative to complete your work and are curious to learn beyond your comfort zone
Requirements
- Openness towards Learning and New Ways of Learning: This role is not bound by your expertise or know-how. We are open to exploring with you even if you have no prior experience in this field.
- Independence and Co-Learning: The ability to work independently is crucial. You should be self-driven and capable of taking initiative but you should also be able to co-learn with others.
- Effective Communication: Effective and confident communication is essential. This includes a very high level of empathy and listening especially when managing very personal information alongside business considerations.
- Openness to Greater Self-Understanding: Being in touch with how and why you operate in decision-making and actions is important. Self-awareness can contribute to greater learning and personal and team growth
- Thrive in a remote work environment and can spend a minimum of 2 months (whether part time or full time) with us
