EdTech / E-Learning Specialist

About the Role:
Our Client is Looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable EdTech / E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement innovative e-learning solutions that enhance student learning experiences while integrating the latest educational technology trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital learning platforms (LMS), ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners and educators alike.
• Create engaging multimedia learning content that captivates students, utilizing a variety of formats such as videos, interactive quizzes, and infographics to enhance understanding and retention of the material.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) along with gamification strategies to create immersive and dynamic learning experiences that motivate students and encourage participation.
• Train educators and administrators in the effective use of digital teaching tools, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement these technologies successfully in their curricula.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of e-learning programs through feedback collection, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring that learning outcomes are met and educational goals are achieved.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and e-learning development within an educational setting.
• Extensive knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, along with familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Innovative problem-solving skills coupled with a strong enthusiasm for using technology to improve educational outcomes.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar systems.
• Expertise in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate.

Benefits

Compensation: The annual remuneration for this position is between 150,000 AED and 220,000 AED, contingent upon numerous factors including experience, qualifications, and the specific skills you contribute to our team.
